Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1 cup dried dates
- 1 cup organic oats
- 1/2 cup favorite nuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp. flax-seeds or chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. premium coconut oil
Directions
1. Mix milk with dates in a high speed blender until it has a cream-like consistency.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread the mixture on flat backing tray and press down well.
4. Bake for 20 min in oven at 160 degrees Celsius. Best refrigerate over night.
